What an astonishing last day today. Complete reversal of fortune for Primoz Roglic, two very bad crashes, knocked black and blue, but astonishingly he managed to finish despite a dislocated shoulder. Enjoyed this race, haven’t seen much cycling for a while.

A bit different to the way we went from Paris to Nice  on "Le Trein Bleu"

OK, not Paris / Nice, nowhere near, in fact, but great to see Cav back to winning ways in Turkey today. 🚲🚴‍♂️🚲

Is that where Jakobsen is back riding?

That was a heck of a battering he took a few months ago. He must be mad getting back on the bike and into competitive riding again.

    It is.
Fabio is lucky to be alive after his horrific crash. Think many would have retired from the sport!

    🙂

It was indeed great to see a Cav win😁 No matter what he does now in his cycling life, he will remain one of the greatest Cyclists this country has ever had. Sprinters don’t often have a long career, but the sight of him burning up the Champs Elysees is one to make your spine tingle👍

Have you seen the marvellous documentary about his time with the HTH Columbia Team Pliers? Really interesting, back when he and his lead out team were practically unbeatable. I think it is called “Chasing Legends”, well worth a view.

Thanks, TTDA, will certainly look out for that one.

Cav’s HTC / Columbia lead out train were amazing. Wasn’t at all keen on the shirt design, but the shirt contents were sensational! 🙂

Another "Nice" win, but not in Nice, for Cav today and Tom Piddick.

Only watched the ITV4 highlights programme, but good to see some cycling again.
Wonderful scenery, too, I want to be in France 🙂

I only really honestly watch these mad pedal-pushers to see if I can recognise any of the camping/caravanning fraternity parked on the road-side.   innocent

Always seem to be going a touch too fast uphill to my eyes, as for down hill, they should fold in the pedals and use roller skates  laughing

Saw some pedal-pushing on ITV4 today tearing around in circles in some strange Northern (ish) county --  they'll be back on Thursday afternoon so more telebox watching for Brian  innocent
