I'm on my third Bailey, first two fine. Latest had axle and brake problem plus roof strap leaked. All dealt with FOC in warranty.

So far as I can ascertain the axle issue was primarily  on the unicorn model 2015-19 , corrected 2020 model year onwards.

Swift have also had problems with bulkhead security and sealants.

Unfortunately with UK vans it seems it is luck of the draw.

We bought a new Bailey Unicorn in 215. Previous Bailey Olympus had been ok but Unicorn suffered broken axle and when Bailey had it back for repair they found leaks at the rear which required bathroom and bedroom stripping out ( at just a year old). Exchanged it for a Coachman VIP as soon as it was returned.  To be fair, I think that particular version was flawed and hopefully Bailey have learned lessons. At the time, I talked to a dealer who had stopped selling Baileys and taken on a franchise for Adria (alongside Coachman). He said he had visited Bailey's factory and found a lot of indirectly employed Labour with no pride in their workmanship

Like viatorem, we have had the axle changed 'as a gesture of goodwill', the brakes sorted and the roof strap replaced.  However, we are pleased with the caravan, and all problems have been fixed.  I do feel very happy with the alutech construction generally, and am happy that, should there be water ingress, the Alutech is less likely to rot.  However, I think the weak point of most modern caravans is the floor, the technology/ construction of which seems not to have moved on as much.
