Motor Mover for Pop Top caravan
Hi, we are thinking of buying a 2007 Trigano Silver 310TDL pop top caravan, has anyone had any experience of fitting a motor mover to one of these? I have contacted Witter but they have never fitted one of their Purple LIne movers to this caravan.

It sounds like you could be in need of specialist brackets if they have not previously fitted one. I have an Eriba pop-top and chose a Reich mover as they have a range of fitting brackets available. Could be worth investigating this make.

edit - and before anybody says why do you need a mover on a pop-top, it's because it still weighs up to 1200/1300kg and it's no fun pushing that by yourself.

Eribas are built to last, not thrown together👍

That's plain rude. 😤

I may well take a course in maneuvering but I have a very tight space to fit it onto my driveway.

I decided a few years ago that a mover was the way to go. Yes they are useful on site but in my case more useful at home. First three photos show what I used to have to contend with after lifting the 40+kg garage doors off the hinges. Final photo is present van set-up, far easier, but not a cheap garage to build.
