    Good article, lets hope they really mean it this time, they have been promising this for a long time, just maybe somebody has seen the light, my only concern is that with our newspapers, magazine, tv, now swapped with adverts to either buy a MH or rent a MH the highlands may be swamped before any of this is in place.

    Not wanting to start any sort of discussion but i did like the terminology

    "Wild looing" and it is good authorities are recognising this now as a big problem that needs addressing

    Lets just hope that "rangers"are not just a publicity stunt , as it seems our parking supervisors? are as they are never noted in places where they could have to work for their moneysurprised

    And the "facilities?" that are being "upgraded" are priced accordingly
