Are any club sites open for work stays?

Hello,

Just wondering please if anyone knows if some club sites have stayed open for essential work, or if they are all completely closed? I need to travel for work, and although I think some hotels are still open, I'd much much rather take my camper as it would be a lot safer for me and everyone else as I'm completely self contained that way.

Many thanks,

Claire

Most sites (unless "sheltering"? members and local essntial workers) are closed until 12th April with the site staff now furloughed

How about using something like a pub stop?

Can your employer not sort something out for you?

    Evening

During this present lockdown there are 11 club sites across the network that stayed open for customers who need to be in their outfits for various reasons. They are still open but not sure if they are taking new customers. You had to contact head office and fill in some forms and justify your need to stay. They then consider your application and if ok will offer you a place on a site of their choice. Site staff are then made aware of any newcomers and the duration of stay. It's quite a thorough, well organised but fair process. Not sure if "I'd sooner be in my van" will suffice thoughundecided.

Oh, jv, we're not on furlough my friend.

    Hello,

Many thanks for the replies, that's really useful to know JollyKernow- I'll contact the head office. No worries about having to justify a stay- I have a genuine reason.

I'm self employed so no employer to sort things out for me.

    Thanks again.
