    Sad to hear that Chris Barber has finally "jacket in". Liked his music.

    Years ago I bought a trad jazz album featuring Chris Barber and Ottilie Patterson, the trad jazz era was just coming to an end. I was lucky enough to see Barber, Bilk and Ball when a local company in the SW held a jazz event and they invited these great players along, all had reached a good age but they still played with verve.
