Don't be tempted to try & change it though through 'manage my appointments' as you could lose what you have.....
I'll second that I tried to do that, not to change my appointment, but to print off my 2nd appointment, as soon as I input all my relevant details, I received a text to say I'd cancelled my appointment! I hadn't even got as far as seeing the appointment, let alone cancelled it, which isn't what I would have done anyway. It clearly says "Manage/View your appointment", so obviously a glitch in the programming........
I then received an email telling me I needed to make my 2nd appointment, with a link. Clicked on that, it took me back in, and I was able to book again for the same day, at the same centre, but at the earlier time of 11am, rather than the original of 2.35pm.
