Shower tray repair/replacement

I wonder if anyone can help or has any ideas.

My caravan's shower tray is beginning to split around the waste area.

Unfortunately a new replacement may be very difficult to get as the caravan is a 16 year old Fendt.. There is one supplier of aftermarket spares for Fendt and Hobby in Germany. Their website explicitly states that they will only deliver to EU countries.

Does anyone know of any companies that repair or copy shower trays?

    A local caravan service/repair place repaired the cracked shower tray on my previous caravan shower tray using something like THIS ... didn't have drain holes in the outer ring. He basically glued it over the existing drain and charged next to nothing. I just couldn't justify the prices quoted for a repair and a new tray wasn't an option.

    In my previous MH, my heel slipped into the drain recess and the pressure was enough to split the moulding for about 4cm. around the rim. I repaired it myself by initially injecting builders foam in through the split to provide some reinforcement followed by generous helpings of araldite into the split. A hook of wire through the drain to pull it up into place until the glue set. Once set it was just a case of fairing it in and a few coats of paint followed by rubbing compound to blend it in. In the words of the late Eric Morecambe "You can't see the join".
