Hi

This may seem a silly question but how do I contact a Club Sites to ask questions about the site. I know they are closed at the moment but I am looking to book for the summer if we’re allowed and want to ask questions about disabled facilities. The site I’m looking at is Tewksbury Club Site but I can’t find a phone number or email address. Thank you

One the site page, below the name and address, there is a link to view on map.

Touch on this and scroll to the bottom, the telephone number is below the transport links.

    Telephone:
    01684 294035

I don’t think you can email individual sites.

If the site is closed, there would be no point in telephoning.

I think you will find a lot of info if you check out the Tewkesbury Site's web page on this website where you will find a lot of detail including the access statement which displays a picture of the disabled facilities.

    https://www.caravanclub.co.uk/globalassets/pdfs/sites/p-t/tewkesbury-abbey/tewkesbury-abbey-access-statement.pdf

    Hope that helps.

If you go to the Tewkesbury Site page, via Club Sites/Booking, and then go to Site Details on the right hand side of the page is "Access Statement".Open that link and halfway down are details of Disabled Facilities for the site.Hope this helps as sites are shut until March at the earliest-Covid etc😷.

    Hi

Some good advice above. If you look at the proposed site opening dates, the staff will be on site around a week before. We've all been briefed to go to our sites as per our contract dates so there should be someone to answer the phone, or leave a message for a call back.

Just to add, the sites don't accept emails from personal addresses, it's internal only.
