Cleaning products

Hi there everyone

I have a 15 year old Eriba which I adore, but it gets green mildew streaks and dirty very easily.  What are the best cleaning products and more importantly, is there a product I could use to polish it up to look like a new pin that will protect it from looking grubby so easily?  Also, is there a product that will take the scratches out of its windows?

    I assume your Eriba has a textured surface? I have used Fenwicks on all my caravans and a couple of motorhome. Depending on condition you may find using a soft brush gets into everywhere. You then just rinse it off. You could try a polish but again the problem with a textured finish is that you have to make sure you remove all the polish.

    For window scratches I have used Autoglym polish but you have to be very careful. I have heard of people using Brasso.

    Yes, its half dimpled and half smooth panels.  I've heard Fenwicks is good, that's good to have your endorsement too.  Have you heard of Meguairs Plastx for removing the window scratches?

    Hi Christine

    I have heard of the brand but not the product. If it is especially formulated for plastic windows it would probably be worth a try.
