Caravan Service

Hiya

This is the first time we've had a caravan serviced - Elddis Chatsworth 550 2020 - I just wondered if there is anything else we should do. I assume the Servicing company will foward a copy of the report but do I have send a copy - just to ensure one is registered.

    If you are having it serviced at a dealers or mobile service you should recieve a reports on what they have done, including damp test report, ,your handbook/service manual should be signed and stamped with the company who does the service which with the paperwork is your proof for the warranty ,

    Just a tip, when it is serviced they should also give you or leave in the van the old nuts from the hubs to prove they have been replaced on the service

    some sevice companies require the van empty others will work round

    There is nowhere you need send a copy and registration doesn't exist. Just get the booked stamped and keep the paperwork, as JVB said.

    Ensure you're having the van serviced by someone approved by Elddis.
