    I keep going to London because there is always another play to be seen at The National; another ballet to be watched at Sadlers' Wells; another concert in the RAH or RFH. And while there I will go again to Tate Britain to look at one of my favourite paintings for the umpteenth time.

    I keep going to Paris because I love being there and I will now add New York and San Francisco. Having been twice to both, I'd hate to think I'll never return to either. 

    WTG, We also intend to return to London when the pandemic ceases but the cost of a London trip staying in our caravan is minimal ( say £30 a night); contrast that with a trip to say New York where our 'nothing special but damned expensive' hotel room cost £250/ night for room only and in our eyes it would be better spent seeing something new.

    However, we are all different and I just hope we will all soon be able to explore wherever we want to in the world.
