Re- upholstery

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a re-upholstery company, the padding in my bench seats has gone and I'd like them re-done, maybe the mattress too.

Or maybe a company thats supplies only and I can get my own seamstress to do it for me.

    We've used 'Bellfield' they were the makers of our upholstery, they do lots of makes of vans. Reasonable prices and good turn around time.

    If you really are in Halifax why not talk to a local upholstery company in the town - TW upholstery or Elsa upholstery are among the ones listed.

    Andy, we have had two caravans reupholstered. We used different local companies each time, taking our bench seats with us to discuss options. The key choice is what kind of foam to choose, there are all sorts of grades, some better for sleeping on, some better for sitting on. (It’s about weight distribution). Then you want the foam wrapping, then finally a quality hard wearing upholstery grade fabric.

    I will try and find who we used in Sheffield, but it’s a long time ago now. That said, our bench cushions are still very very good and comfortable some twenty plus year on!

    Meantime, there is a company with good reviews in Pontefract that might be worth investigating.😁

    Thanks for the replies, I've still got a property in Halifax so might look up those when next back, once again cheers.
