Alde Installed Accessories for 2019 Affinity
We have a new 2019 Elddis Affinity 574. The Alde heating came up with an overheat blue error message (we are away in the van so can't take it to the dealer) . I have googled fixes and a common fault is the wrong installed accessories being ticked in the settings menu.
I know that the Elddis has overload protection. I am not sure which pump setting should be ticked as there are three options.
Any help on what the settings should be would be much appreciated.

I have read the manual and Alde manual. No help to be found in either. Caravan one is the usual generic rubbish.

Thanks for the replies. There is optional pump, main manual 12v and main remote 12v.

Had same problem found I had ticked wrong box my alde system only has 1 pump which is12 volt which is by heater some systems have anther pump wear you put the fluid in was told to untick box turn control of for a few minutes then retry worked for me dealer was open and told me this over the phone

- Thanks again for the replies. I have bled and reset the system with no removal of error. I have disconnected cables with no removal of error. I have called dealer and I think I knew more about the system them the technician. I will try calling Alde again tomorrow. I suspect a trip back to the dealer to sort is beckoning.
