Area manager call back or not?
Did an online chat recently re an environmental issue at a club, at the conclusion of the chat the person asked if I would like a call back from the sites area manager, I said that would be nice and ended the live chat.
wondered if anyone had actually had a call back as the area manager failed to call me back!

It is a few weeks now since the issue, it is a shame as it lets the live chat service down as well as disappointing a member not a lot to ask I would have thought to call, perhaps they may have thought I would not like the answer to the issue.

It may be the Issue needs to be looked at in more depth at the site,and as i understand the regional managers have quite large areas, it is possible that he/she will assess the issue on their next site visit (i think it is/was twice during sites opening period more for all year sites
it should still not stop a courtesy call to advise
