Variation on Cv19 interpretation on sites
We have stayed on 3 sites in the last month and noticed that each site has interpreted the cv19 differently. One one they were allowing 3 in at a time to the shower block others 2. . But in tone ladies adjacent cubicles were in use. At service points one site had marked out social distancing but the other two did not.
One had removed the hairdryer, on another it was switched off and on one it was in use.
Whilst I feel that limiting access to the shower block is right . What could be modified is that there are separate hooks for bands for the showers. At the moment if the hooks are full then you shouldn’t go into the block. However a shower could take 15 mins. Whereas if you want to go to the toilet then it’s safe because there’s no one in the general areas.
Surely they can have have separate hooks for showers and some for general access.

As we already have a thread dedicated to discussing site re-openings and feedback on safety measures, I'm locking this one to avoid duplication of this topic.

I might want to do both on my visit, do I have two rubber bands? and then pop out to retrieve one before disappearing again or do I leave it there and pick up the two when finished.
Or if one band, toilet one first then out to swap hooks, but damn I then find the shower hooks are now full If I did it the other way around I'd be in real trouble
The members on two of the three sites I have visited are confused with a single band and three numbered hooks, some just walked in without, some added their band on an already used hook and some retrieved my band on exiting.
Adding another set of hooks would have them scratching their heads in bewilderment. There's only so much a CAMC member can take in without going completely doo-lally, need to keep it simple.

As I understand it, Proterra, a risk assessment was carried out for each site which resulted in a plan for that particular site so, consequently, they are not all operated in the same way but in the best way for each site.
It's the total number of people in each block that matters so it makes no difference if they’re having a shower, shampoo or shave 😳
