Bradcot modul air

Hi - can anyone tell me whether the bradcot modul air utilises the rear vertical rail of the caravan?  If so, should it be measured differently to other porch awnings?

Looking at the V2 after reading all the problems with V1 modul air awnings!

    Keep away from Bradcots they don’t even answer emails ,I’ve had problems with my modul v1 from new now I’m having problems with the 130 extension ,Moore fool me for buying the extension ,
