Hillhead Brixham - are pitches level?

This might have been asked before but I've tried searching and no luck! Are standard pitches with awning typically quite level at Hillhead please? We have a twin axle so quite hard to level, at another site the wardens lent us scaffolding planks which were just the job, I'm wondering whether to borrow some for this trip!

Thanks in advance.

You should be OK on the hardstandings but probably grass pitches may need both fore and aft and side to side adjustment. When we caravaned we always took a length if wood to fit under the wheels if side to side levelling was required.

Yes, investment has been made at Hillhead and even on some of the steep sections the hardstandings are reasonably level. Best to walk the site first if it's not familiar, usually from the motorhome area as some sections are smaller with cul de sacs and it's a very large site. Look at the on line site plan too.

As others have said it is all on a hill. It does depend on which pitch you are on. It is usually a very busy site so you often have to take whichever pitch you can get. We have had to level side to side a little on both hardstanding and grass pitch. We always took smallish pieces of wood of different depths.
