Hymer/Fiat Starter Battery??

Hi Everyone

I bought a 2015 Hymer Exsis I 578 Motorhome last year (2019) and recently I have fitted a new Starter Battery. As soon as i fitted it the Hymer Info Panel (that shows battery voltage and water tank levels) informs me the starter battery is completely discharged which i know is incorrect as it operates perfectly. Does anyone know what can i do about this?

Also I have hunted high and low looking for the transformer/rectifier on this vehicle and although the manual says its under the L shaped seating with a outside flap I just cannot find it and think the manual may not be correct for this model.

Any help would be really appreciated.

    Sorry, can’t offer you any specific help, but have you tried posting on Motorhome Fun Forum?  Excellent for technical support, but quite limited here in my experience.
