I wondered if anybody could help with a problem I have. The Unicorn has 4 usb lights at the front 2 ceiling lights and some LED’s around the top of the cabinets. My daughter charged her phone from one of the usb lights now none of them work and also the front lounge lights don’t work from the light switches on the main control panel. We have changed the fuses in the main electrical box but the lights are all still dead. The van is under warranty but the dealer has not even returned my calls. If it is simple then it maybe something I can tackle but I have my limitations. Grateful for any thoughts....

The USB ports on the lights are usually 2A, some modern phones can take more than this. The step down from the 12v to the USB charge voltage 5v is usually contained within the lamp. From what you say it would appear that the phone fried the controller in the lamp and the whole of that lighting ring has now failed.

Check the fuse that you changed for the lights, it may be continually blowing. If it is remove the lamp as it is possibly shorted internally.

Have a look at your circuit diagrams usually in the handbook and see if the manufacturer has tucked another fuse somewhere to protect the circuit as it now has the USB added.
