Water tank

We have swift challenger 530 2012, for some reason our water tank won’t fill, it runs for about 30 seconds then stops, and we’ve tried new pump in barrel which we carry as spare but same happens,  any ideas?

    In my caravan there is an adjustable pressure switch under the bunk near the water inlet. It has a knurled knob on the top. By turning the knob you can set the pressure at which the pump turns on or off. Too far on one direction  and the pump will never switch off. Too far the other and it will not switch on at all. If you can find the little knob, try it and see.
