Found out C&MH Club sites are expensive

You are responsible for your pet’s behaviour.

This is subjective .not objective and and such one dog owners  idea of what is being responsible is not another's

It is most certainly not subjective, responsible is a word often used in law. It is very clear and nothing to do with what the owner or perpetrator thinks, it is what the people making the rules or laws think is responsible. As in you are are responsible for your car's safety condition. 

Where does it say anything about leaving the dog unattended

You must have missed that part in the next line of the club rules I posted for you?: You must make sure your pet is under control at all times. I really do think that to have a dog under control at all times must mean it has to be attended and in your view?

But again if you, or one, doesn't like the way the club handles dog issues then one shouldn't go to club sites/

If the rules you posted are not from a club leaflet what is the point of you posting them as they do not apply to club sites.

So when the law states that you are responsible for something, as it does often. Parents are legally responsible for their children's behaviour and welfare, is that subjective in the same way then? Can a parent decide what is responsible and what isn't? Of course not the law decides, In the same way the club decides not the pet owner. 

I would say again that unless you can see your dog and are with in it is not under control. It is under its own control.

Please state where I have been there with personal aggressive and unfriendly comments, perhaps post one before I report you for making things up about me? 

I do not have any pets.

You talk about being unfriendly and personal comments but that first line is very offensive.

You posted in capitals they are ON SITE RULES. But these are NOT club sites rules. They are from a helpful guide, they are simply that, not rules. The ones I posted are.
