Newton Grove has availability of its 2 hardstandings now and over the Winter months - you could have the site to yourself!

We are on the edge of the beautiful village of South Newington in North Oxfordshire (North Cotswolds) surrounded by open countryside. Just off the A361 halfway between the market towns of Chipping Norton and Banbury or 25 minutes from the M40. The site is ideal for trips into Warwickshire (5 miles), South Northamptonshire (6 miles), Gloucestershire (10 Miles) & Buckinghamshire (12 miles), Mileage "as the crow flies"
Our CL is a private, secluded site surrounded by mature native trees, shrubs and hedges on all sides. The site including the wooded areas extends to 1.8 acres of which the maintained grassed pitching area is 0.8 acres, this allows spacious non-designated grass pitches together with 2 hardstanding areas. CARLTON GRANGE set in the stunning North Yorkshire , we are a dog friendly off the beaten track quiet very peaceful site.
fantastic location , and beautiful scenery makes it a good choice for dog walkers , walkers and families alike .

Availability available at Courtbrook Farm CL in Exeter between now and the 16th July.
Grass pitches with Electric Hook ups, dogs welcome and dog walking from site. This working farm is 2 miles from the M5 with a level field and scenic views. A cycle path is near by.

Hi we have availability as a newly reopened CL site that only went live yesterday.
The Spinney is a very popular 1 acre site in Aldington, Kent.
We have a beautiful well kept flat field and hard standing patches avaliable. All with electric hookups.
The site has been closed for important electrical works to be carried out and other maintenance needs, but we are back up and running and ready to go.
Coivd safely measure have also been put in place.

I think the Facebook group you're referring to is CLBooking where members looking for pitches are matched up with CL owners with free pitches. It's working very well at the moment with lots of happy members

Yes I was referring to the CL Booking site. It's so easy to misconstrue posts by the omission of vital words. At least you put it right.

Hello - The map has been updated at the end of July with information from 210 CLs on availability in August & September

- Average Price £15
- 190 CLs with Electric (20 are 'off-grid)
- 50 CLs offer WC & Shower +25 WC only *
- 200 CLs welcome dogs
- 150 CLs welcome families (60 are adult only)

Nellie - thanks for the update and new link. As you know i's impossible to edit CT posts after the event, and I go distracted by the arrival of one of my visitors.
With regard to your point about 215 being listed last month and 210 this month
The CL Owners Group is actually going from strength to strength, but many CLs are reporting that they are completely full over the coming months and that a presence on the map would simply lead to 'None' being displayed and it was therefore pointless for them to be listed.
I'm pleased to say a handful of brand-new CLs have joined and are on the map.
FYI the Club (in their wisdom and with no consultation) have decided not to print the 'Booking Diary' issued to CLs for the past 20+ years. So expect some CLs to be overbooked / less organised in 2021 as they struggle with 'home made' systems.. We have tried to get them to reverse this decision, but no joy.

Yet another indication that HO are less and less interested in CLs as a whole. They are now so far behind with updating information on new and closed sites I wonder how many of those that used to work in that section are still employed there. They do not realise that there are many members who would leave the "Club" completely if it were not for CLs.

As a CL owner and to balance this comment, the club has sent the diary out in an electronic format instead and owners can print themselves if required.
Times have changed over the last 20 years with more and more CLs offering very efficient on line booking.
