Blown air issue

Hi all, hope someone can help!

i have a 2010 Elddis odyssey, I was using the heater with the blown air last night and as I walked past accidentally knocked the front and this turned off the blowers, I have not managed to get the blowers back on.

the heater it’s self still works, both by electric and gas, the control on the caravan main switch and to select what voltage also works, everything except the control on heater it’s self for the blown air.

so far I have taken the front off, unplugged the plug to the dial for the blown air, and connected it back up, I have also switched off the master switch and back on, I can’t understand what this can be as it was only a slight knock of the front. Looked at a lot of posts online but these are about the blowers blowing cold air, the heater works but no blown air at all.

looking on the fuse board I cannot see one for heater anyway. I have put on some photos if it helps

Is the fan that blows the air not run on 12v, so a different fuse on a different board?

The pull out blue and red coloured fuses will be 12 volt K.

Not sure what else the fire would use 12 volt for. Ignition is piezotronic  isn't it?

The 'fire' fuse is for your fire and as the only electrical part of is the blower this is probably it.   It says it is a 5amp fuse, they are the same as those used in cars so available everywhere.  Check it by putting a good fuse in and see if the blower works.

I know this sounds obvious but looking at the photo that you have posted of the heaters controIs I notice that the small slider switch is in the centre (the off position), have you tried sliding the switch to either manual (left hand side as you look at it) or automatic (right hand side as you look at it).
