The club is doing the best they can under difficult circumstances. Sites in Wales have to abide by the law in Wales, so there will be no shared facilities open on any sites until the law permits - hopefully 25th July.

Most of the sites with facilities open have had to reduce the ocupancy of those facility buildings, and so you may have to wait your turn.

We have a deadly virus amongst us. Be very thankful that you are camping at all. You may get locked down again before this thing is over, or worse.

Nit picking for a couple of quid off is pathetic.

Pathetic?!?! We're all doing our best in these difficult times. All of us in our house have continued to work .. my daughter being in front line as an ICU nurse ... I can't tell you the state she's arrive home some days/mornings. So why should we be paying for something we're not getting no matter who said the shared facilities block should stay closed? This is IMHO the same as the club saying that we're all in it together but .... we want you to carry on paying your club fees for something you're not getting!

A few quid off is **** all like pathetic and would be welcomed from a club that's worth £millions

WE are not contemplating going away at present. I we were we would likely use our own facilities.

I wold still expect a reduction if site facilities were closed non the less.

In all probability we'll be mostly using our own caravan's facilities next week too but agree that the price should reflect the lack of the site shower/toilet block .... cake, having & eat it springs to mind

Did I mention we are off to 2 CAMC sites in August peak school holidays.

Using the vouchers that give 20% off, plus the reduction on VAT.

Does that mean not worrying about parts of facilities not open, although in fairness other than me using the bog usually, the girls use the on board facilities. It doesn't seem any different to our normal way of holidaying apart from the fees are reasonable this summer on CAMC sites we are using.

Wont actually be on site much as we have a full agenda.

subject of course to no spikes, which are currently within 30 miles of the 2 sites we are using. Southport and Ferry Meadows

    Slightly off tangent here.

We are currently at Kessingland CAMC site paying £19.51 per night with facilities open and are very satisfied (we are not using the facilities as that makes sense to us). We checked the CCC Kessingland site for the same dates and were quoted £33 per night (no facilities) for Friday and Saturday. Talk about profiteering by the 'friendly club'. Well done CAMC for doing the right thing with pricing. The wardens here are a joy as well. Just need the sun to turn up now.
