Change to VAT

Is an element of the site fees subject to VAT, never seen a breakdown of the fees so don’t know if vat is charged or not. If there is vat added will the site fees reduce due to the reduction in vat?

Moderator Comment - To avoid a lot of duplication can we please keep comments on the VAT change to the existing thread as linked by TW below.

    There is no obligation to pass on any VAT reduction.  A company can simply amend their ex-Vat price such that when the new rate is applied the total price is the same.  There are many businesses in distressed financial circumstances where it would be sensible for them to follow this course.
