is there any maps of the sites so you can see the layout of the pitches and the facilities

before you book  i know you can get one off the wardens after you arrive

also can you pre book a certain pitch

    Yes, each site's details page has downloadable pdf's of the site plan, access statement and site ieaflet. You'll find them on the right of the page.

    No, you cannot book individual pitches, only pitch types. It's first come first served unless the warden has a reason to allocate a particular pitch.
