Hello everyone. I’m an English expat woman living in the Netherlands and have recently got into motorhoming. I bought my van last September, it’s a Burstner Ixeo. At 7.4 meters long felt a bit of a handful at first, but now I’m ok driving it (still a little worried about reverse parking cool).
My last trip was about three weeks ago to Germany (near Heidelberg) which was really nice and next week I’m heading off to the Dordogne.

Sounds great and there shouldn’t be any Brits in the Dordogne just yet! If you need help with sites in that area I suggest you post in the overseas section as there will be many recommendations. Good luck.

    Good luck.

We wanted to get to Heidelberg when we were last in Germany 2 years ago but their was a big exposition on there at that time and campsites were full so it's on the todo list next time we are over, hopefully soon.

We also enjoy the Netherlands and try to arrange a week there on the way out and a week on the way back, catching the ferry from Rotterdam.

Hope you enjoy the Motorhome. If you need anything please feel free to post in the relevant section and I'm sure someone will answer you.
