Facilities

It is no ones business if people are not adhering to guidelines, they are just that, not law. As long as people are not being a nuisance by way of anti social behaviour. Would you have told BLM protestors who were often breaking guidelines?! I very much doubt it. The guidelines say i should have been indoors for the past 12/13 weeks however I am also capable of assessing the risk to me by myself. If facilities are open i will decide if i want to use them without forcing anyone else to do the same. And before anyone dare accuse me of selfishness, it is no more selfish than all the worried but healthy and unnecessary self isolators who lock themselves away whilst expecting the ‘key workers’ to put themselves at risk delivering their food or whatever. Yes it is topic drift but necessary to make a point.

Why is it anti social?

We are planning the same, however not until September.
I cant see where the antisocial comes in, as long as you adhere to social distancing guidelines, whilst in the area you are visiting. As to santitising your unit, nobody but you should be entering it or comming within 1 metre+ or 2 metres.🤔 However, clearly it makes sense to frequently sterilise contact points and observe good hygiene, for your own well being.

According to the "scientific advise" we will be more safe as will others doing the same, than those who are considering a later start to their touring season.
It seems the latest information from "those that know" (not the political take on it) is that there is a very real chance of a second wave, with the lower temperatures that come with autumn/winter making it more likely that in the heat of this time of year

Unfortunately JVB I don't think it's all about temperature. More about how things are managed. Plus of course we tend to live more indoors as the weather cools down.
As an example the graphs show the trend of covid cases in various parts of the US. The south currently has extremely high temperatures but is going exponential.
Of course if there is another wave in the Autumn we have the option of cancelling, although the decision may be taken out of our hands.
