    Hi and welcome to CT.

Have a browse through the index and topics being discussed.  You're welcome to start a new thread if there's something you want to chat about which isn't already out there.  Just post it in the relevant section.

I assume that by using your motorhome for motorsport events probably means you will be using it for days out and the occasional nights away? In which case you probably won’t have the luxury of an electric hook up (EHU) when you’re away. If this is the case your onboard leisure battery will need to be in good condition  so that it will power all your needs overnight.

There are so many other potential questions and answers about motorhoming that it’s probably best if you ask specific questions as and when you think of them.

With regard to motorhoming in mainland Europe I recommend that you download the “Campercontact” App. It provides details of literally thousands of campsites and motorhome Aires (in France), Stellplatz (in Germany) and Sostas (in Italy). Motorhoming in mainland Europe is so very different from that in the UK. Most places in Europe welcome motorhomes whereas there are few places in the UK where this is the case. Feel free to ask as many specific questions as you can think of, I’m sure you will receive prompt responses. Unfortunately you are joining the hobby in unusual times but I’m sure some semblance of normality will return in the not too distant future.

Good luck, enjoy your motorhome and ask away.
