Checking in 4 July with vouchers
According to this check in advice on the club web page Check in Procedure ...payment will be by phone. So how do we hand over the club vouchers many of us have purchased to pay for site fees.. ?
As many have said..should have been e-vouchers. But that requires 'forward thinking'..

Do they not have a code number on them, that you could read over the phone. If so once that was input into the CC system you would not be to use them again, so you could just destroy them. Works with Tesco vouchers, although there you are putting the code in online, rather than reading it over the phone.

Afternoon So, not sure of details yet but booking in will be something like, one in one out in reception, say hello through the perspex screens, if you've paid over the phone we'll just check id and booking details and off you go If paying by vouchers we will note down the numbers on each voucher then you will tear them in half and deposit in the provided box, then as above and off you go. We've done a trial run between us and it only takes a few minutes. It will obviously be suck it and see but we'll be as prepared as we can be, remember it's all new to all of us!
