Jockey wheel motor mover

Anyone ever used one of these.

Are they any good on gravel or an incline they don't appear very stable.

Any advice welcome

    I have had one few years ago but they are not very good on gravel or inclines I hade a big foot they do work but you would be better off with a mover on van wheels
