Fixing Fiamma awning

Hi, I have recently bought an Elddis Sunseeker (2005 plate).  We have also been given a Fiamma light room, but not sure how to attach.  The fixers I have got, I thought went on the left of the awning fixing but there appears to be no room.  Any help would be appreciated

    They look very similar to the things that came with mine to allow the legs to attach back onto the van, with a reduced extension awning. I didn't have them fitted.

    Thank you, I will give this a go.  I looked at Fiamma website and their first suggestion was going to the dealer, who wasn't much help.  Thought I would try here!  I like your suggestion, seems sensible to me.  Thanks again, Emma
