Tracing the cable can be difficult, but from the technical manual, the toilet cables are connected via fuse box connector 3 (FB3), see attached extract. Hope this is of some help.

Have you checked the cassette fuse? It is possible, if unusual, to get a high resistance in the connections cor example if the fuse isn’t  fully inserted.

Hi Thank you have checked the fuse and I phoned Sargent this morning and the supply comes from the main power unit out of p3 connector, the fb3 is on the c44 fuse box which is for the car towing and the technician was sure they dont use that one, but I will check toninght after work, and let you know

Often it can be the fuse holder, not the fuse, that causes a problem in the rather damp environment of the cassette locker.  Ours has a fuse holder in there, not sure if all toilets do.

In the technical diagrams, no other toilet  power connection  is shown, so if it is on P3 then they need to correct the diagram!

Hi Just to let you know I checked the toilet is feed from the p3 connector on the main 12v PSU, I found the purple cable was damaged by one off the p clips holding the loom to the underside of the van. I will add a photo tomorrow

    Cheers for the advise

Ah, yes, we had a similar problem.....they had stapled the water level sensor wire to the floor, by stapling through it!   Swift were helpful once I had diagnosed the problem, and sent a whole new cable and connectors to the site we were on.  Van was then only a few months old.

Good to hear you have found the problem.
