Caravan mover battery

Will a 100 ah battery be ok to run a motor mover I don’t go off grid the caravan weighs 1280 kg when things are back to normal I try to go away once a month thank you

    We have been using a 100 ah for years no problem

     Probably yes ... but obviously depends on how far you want to mover your caravan. 👍

    I had an 85 amp battery for 5 years after having a mover fitted. Usual distance that I required it for was around 30m but I had used it over longer distances. Had no problems but caravan stored at home with EHU available and so battery drain from alarm, tracker etc was not a problem

    I run a 100ah on my lunar delta ts which weighs 1800kg loaded i never have an issue and i have to shunt and turn the van to get it out of my carpark

    It isnt just about amperage, it is also ability to hold charge. I have a 100ah class B battery moving a t/a caravan that weighs 1800kg. It replaced a class A battery i had given that was probably 10 years old, if not more.

    100ah is fine I`ve used 85ah on an 1100kg van without problem.
