can anyone help?

I have an Elddis  Affinity 554 with a remote PIR , which requires 2 x CR2032 batteries.However

I removed both batteries and need assistance with the correct fitment of replacements, ie negative

or positive face up/face down {know I made a mistake and should have taken a photo},Dealers

are currently closed/ Club technical helpline advises incorrect fitment may damage circuit board.

Not too late for a photo of the unit without it's batteries.

I am sure it would help to identify which way round the batteries should be fitted.

Thanks Stephen, have received assistance from the manufacturer Base systems of Preston who quickly solved my problem . It may be of assistance to other members to know that the alarm leaflet suppled by |Elddis is misleading the 650 caravan alarm is not hard wired but uses a wireless P.I.R, Base system staff were excellent, and can supply spares or replacement systems as required, would  recommend that any Elddis owner with alarm issues contact them direct , P.S alarm system has only a 1 year guarantee ,with batteries which require to be replaced bi-annually,
