I don't think she was available until today. I am pretty sure she won't have the answer off the top of her head so she will have to get that information from elsewhere. As many staff members are working from home the normal lines of communications might not be as straightforward as in normal times.

Hi all,
Apologies for the delay in reply. I was off on Monday and awaiting a response from my colleagues yesterday to post.
All orders up to and including 28 April 2020 will receive vouchers with no expiry date. All orders from 29 April 2020 onwards will receive vouchers valid until 31st December 2021.
The early orders were fulfilled with an existing rolling stock of paper vouchers. Understandably, during the difficult times, we were unable to receive stock of new vouchers, but now we have new stocks.
The new stock of vouchers follows usual business standards with gift vouchers and includes an expiry date. Any UK Club Site Vouchers now being issued will carry an expiry date to 31 December 2021, giving you 18months+ to enable you to use the vouchers.

Don't know what to say other that when they were released the Club said that vouchers would have no expiry date & now they do !!!!!
I will not be buying the vouchers, but I would have done if they had no expiry date. 18 months does seem long enough to redeem them in normal times times but we are not in normal times. We don't even know if we will be allowed to tour again this year. So the redemption time is not really 18 months.
I love being a member of the club and using the site network but this is a darn poor show by the club.

I'd already asked the question about the mysterious disappearing expiry dates and had a response from the club saying that my vouchers (purchased on April 23rd) would not have an expiry date, so my initial frustration/anger abated somewhat.

Let me translate....."Computer says No..."
FYI - It is not difficult to get a pen and scribble out the expiry date before you send the vouchers to loyal Members who are willing to support the Club financially during these unprecedented times, instead of hiding behind one of the worst excuses I've ever heard.

The covid banner on the front page states that all sites will be closed until the 30th of June and all bookings were Deleted User to that date. Does the 18 months plus now mean they are considering opening earlier if restrictions allow? As this is the only way you will get 18 months +. That of course assuming the sites you want to visit are open all year and you use your outfit in all seasons.

Vouchers arrived, but all in £20 denomination.
Can Rowena tell us if the Club will exchange some of these for smaller face values otherise, as a single caravanner, it means I cannot use them for one-night touring with mid-week reductions.
Looks like mistakes have been made all the way through this offer.
