17 sites open
Hi, have read on a n other forum C&MC have 17 sites remaining open for the use of by " frontliners " and others who maybe do not have a " home 2 in the UK. We are for the last two years full time caravan dwellers having spent winters in Portugal & Spain. We are at the moment on lockdown at Camping La Manga and do not envisage returning to UK until sites are open. Could someone please allow us to know which these sites are as we may come back earlier. TIA.

Afternoon
I think your best bet is to contact the club first before you think of travelling, indoors. Don't know if those sites are accepting any new outfits but I suspect it probably won't be favourable as you're coming from another country. We had to quarantine at an empty site (as an employee) when we returned from Spain before we were allowed to travel to our designate site for this year as a precaution so not sure how that would work for you? I maybe wrong but like I say, phone the club for advice

It’s not widely publicised and they don’t take all comers, Indoors. I very much doubt you’ll be given access if you turn up at one of these sites without prior arrangement.
I suggest you contact the club and ask if they can help you if and when you need it.
Edit: JK said it better👍🏻

We were visiting our family at Newport a few days prior to lockdown, and were surprised that there were a number of permanent caravan dwellers on site. Having spoken to a few of them in the past, know that they do not have a "home", and "move" from site to site, after their 21 days are up. Tredegar House, is one that has remained "open" for these individuals.

There was a whole thread about that site, Nivag. Gone, I think.
