BB I too recall watching (as a young 9 year old) that memorable day at Wembley
I also had the pleasure of the great Gordon Banks company at dinner one night (some 30 years later) in a hotel in Wembley and he held open the evacuation doors during a fire alarm, whilst I hobbled out on crutches (following recent surgery)
Jack Charlton and I also shared some salmon fishing on the River Moy, Ireland and quite a few Guinness' afterwards. The Irish still believe he walks on water 😀

When England won the World Cup this was the view I had, beer in hand listening to the short wave radio. Does anyone know where it is by chance?
