Warranty and Servicing

There are obviously far more worrying aspects to the current crisis than caravanning issues.  However, I have just had an email from the supplier of my caravan from two caravans ago advising me that manufacturers are being flexible on servicing dates, given most if not all dealerships are presently closed.  It signposts customers to the manufacturer's site for details, but upon doing so for Coachman, I see nothing.  The actual supplier of my caravan advises they are closed and wishes everyone good health in these challenging times.

Are warranty conditions are being extended by all manufacturers, given we cannot access service and repair?

They certainly doesn't seem to have anything obvious about the current situation on their website which is a bit strange. On the warranty page there was an option to join their "community" which might be a place to find the information you require. I was fortunate that I picked up my Bailey Motorhome from its first service the Friday before the Lockdown!
