Swift Shower Tap Removal

2017 Swift Conqueror 580. Hoping I can gain some advice or guidance on what I think may a problem with a shower pipe / tap.

I hooked up the aqua roll to our van to test everything was still working ok as it's the first time i've tried everything since taking it out of 5 month storage on 11 March just before COVID-19 restrictions. Prior to going in to storage I drained all water and opened all taps including the shower.

The pump works fine and no problems to report however, when I went outside to check things I could see water was dripping from under the rear 2 corners and centre of the caravan. I switched the pump off and checked everything externally but nothing appears to be wrong. Switching the pump back on I can hear water flowing behind / under the shower mixer tap.

Is it possible a pipe has come loose?

Does anyone know of a way to check if it's a loose pipe without taking bodywork apart?

Also, does anyone know how to take the shower mixer tap off as I can't see any fixing screws?

Thank you for your support.

Michael
