Sorry, TW, not aimed at you. I was trying to follow the theme that the Government is developing of sweeping aside the conventions and orthodoxies to fight the pandemic, and deal with the paperwork later.
I was thinking as I typed about the insurance etc and was tying it to the actions taken to date by the Government in simplifying arrangements to support pragmatic outcomes.
The Banks have been warned not to repeat their selfish actions of 2008 when they diverted the Quantitative Easing ['QE'] funding for small businesses to bolster their own Balance Sheets, so little persuasion will be needed, with the 'prod' pf recent liquidity level relaxations capable of being reversed if they do not play nicely.

Update; the worker I have loaned Sybil to has said it has been a lifesaver. Not parked at a Hospital; rather on her parent’s land behind locked gates. She is keeping her mum safe while working in ICU. She can come home to a cooked meal but at the same time, retain social distancing protocols, sleep and shower in Sybil but have the support (which she must need) and go off to work again without putting anyone at risk.
It is in all our gifts!
