Recently went to move the van to wash , it moved about 250mm and stopped . Had this problem before last year and it was the the remote batts ,  this time, it was the recently charged 18 month old 110 amp batt.., it had gone flat.( another prob) all re charged but one roller coming off the tyre , the other not  I removed  the bung to release the roller manually but the 7 mm bolt  Down the hole had had been broken off . not good. What a stupid idea . With one side working normal  I wonder if it’s gone out of sync .I’m guessing no one  will be working at Truma H/Q tomorrow.

I cannot  seem to find a detailed illustration of the casing which might show How to expose the releasing bolt  for that roller

If you have had or know of someone who might have please let me know

i would be extremely grateful.

    Hi Roma,

I posted a comment re a similar problem, including email details for a very helpful Truma Technician, Elliott Smith, about 10 days ago. esmith@trumauk.com is his email address.

I have an Instruction Manual that Elliott sent me electronically. I can't see a Private Message facility on this Forum, otherwise I could send it on to you today.

    Steve

You may have a problem contacting Truma at present as they have closed due to Coronavirus.

I have a Hymer caravan. When we purchased it new in the Netherlands we opted to have too many factory fitted options; many of these we electrical eg electrically operated valves on all water tanks.

After being in storage for three months off we set on our first Easter holiday; on arrival the battery was dead, so we returned home.

On speaking to the very helpful dutch caravan agent he explained that many electrical appliances are held in a ready mode even when the 12v master switch is off.  Solution: fit a master on/off switch next to the battery-problem solved.
