    I can see no advantage to the country in a full timer renting a cottage as opposed to staying in their outfit. Holiday cottages are also not available as far as I am aware and certainly my one week booking from next Friday has been cancelled. 

    As for a plan B, there has not been this level of disruption since the second world war. Did folk have a plan B for that? In the case of outfit failures etc I suspect that plan B would have been a nearby hotel. Far less risk of contagion in their own unit for everybody's sake than in a chain hotel

    We tried , all short term holiday let’s in the area we needed were closed not taking bookings , being very careful not wanting Cov19 having a chance of landing on there doorsteps

    It’s strange isn’t it we all knew Malcolm M’s  lifestyle using club sites for maximum allowable time, using seasonal facility and short periods on CL’s whilst living full time in his van and working part time and I can remember any having a go about using club sites

    Some of us always thought he was using sites inappropriately, One, but knew better than to try to point him in a different direction. Lifes too short for that where Malc is concerned!

    my name is Maggie ,

    I met ruby sometime ago , she allowed me wrongly or rightly to use her phone for the club together forum, yes I should have changed the lead name 😡she has just about forgiven me I think ,

    Ruby  / Rubes / Rubz  is not in a position to post but has made the odd comment for me to put forward which obviously has been confusing , so I publicly give a full apology to you all especially for Ruby and outing her by mistake
