Warranties- service problems due to Coronavirus
Hi. My “at risk” parents have their annual service booked within the specified time for the warranty (Elddis). The dealer has shut today for the foreseeable future but assured Dad that he had checked with Elddis and they would honour warranties where the service has been booked and was then carried out as soon as allowed. Does anyone know if this is true? Slightly worried about the prescribed timescales!
