We bought a Bailey U2 Cadiz in January 2014 and sold it last March when we changed to a MH. We had no problems with damp what so ever. A minor problem with a locker door, which was replaced under warranty and a failure of the Alde control panel out of warranty at 4 years old. If we had been staying with a caravan we would probably have bought another Bailey.

We have had an Orion 2013 and now have a Pegasus 2016 neither of them have had any problems with water ingress, and several of our friends also have alutec Baileys without any problems, there was a few early series one that had a problem with imported front grab handles that were found to be letting water into the front side lockers causing a damp problem with the flooring in those small lockers

We've had a few little problems, which have been fixed under warranty, but I don't think we have had any more problems than we would have had with any other van. Most have been little things.
We did, however, have the dreaded 'collapsed axle' which Alko replaced as a measure of goodwill. Again, this effected van's of different makes, although there were more Bailey van's that appeared to have the problem. This may have partly been down to the design of 2015/16 caravans - it was more obvious on Bailey vans.
