I placed a report on yesterday regarding toilet hygiene, where other members commented. Can not find it now?

It's not showing in your profile, Navig, so I guess it's been removed.

All you can do is ask Rowena what's happened and why.

If it has been removed would it not be polite for HQ to tell the poster the reason why.

It was here yesterday. In fact before posting I e mailed the club. Reason for posting was to help educate the miscreants.

    My previous post...….

Having spent another few days on a club site, I am disappointed with members who leave the toilets in a filthy condition. This is down to actual members themselves, and not the wardens, who are meticulous in their cleaning. Having been a member for well over 30 years, I have seen a deterioration in the way members leave the facilities. Appreciate on occasions that illness may affect outcome, but surely not on a daily basis, and affecting more than one cubicle, and if such circumstances have debilitated you, please have the decency and respect and clean up afterwards. Why leave it to the wardens who may have just completed their cleaning, or even worse leave it to unsuspecting bone fide members. I may add, this attitude is represented in both male and female facilities.
I ask that the Club make some sort of representation and to remind or in fact educate members to leave toilets as they would like to see them themselves, Clean and pristine.

Why when you have a perfectly clean and good toilet on board why would you choose to go to a public toilet with all associated germs and mess

Because the majority of us Brits , it seems, are of the opinion that " i have paid for the facilities so i am going to get my moneys worth"wink

The major reason why we shall use our own facilities when on any club site.

As the Government is taking the trouble to educate the great unwashed how to become the great washed then maybe they should produce a video on how the leave a lavatory clean after use.

Perhaps the club could produce one to show how to do it on a site, and run it on a continuous loop within their toilet blocks, both male and female.
