Chatsworth Park Site - Refurbishment

Just a heads up for anyone thinking of booking Chatsworth from January 2021.  

We have just returned from our annual visit to Chatsworth....and went on line to book a similar week next year, only to find the dates for Jan/Feb were not available. Called the site Warden who informed me there was scheduled refurbishment taking place around those dates. The Warden could not confirm how long the work would take....only that it entailed widening of roads and resurfacing plus re alignment of some pitches which are too close to each other..ie, the site will lose a few.

No doubt the club will inform us by the usual methods....

    Presumably it's what was delayed last year. We booked March 2019 as soon as it became available a year before. Then they decided they were closing to refurbishing it but later changed there mind. Hopefully it will go ahead this time.
