Esso Card to finish

I was informed earlier by Pump King that the Esso Card (via C&MC) is to close on 17th February. Apparently Pump King has been bought by Horizon Fuels. A new card from Horizon Fuels is on offer but at nothing like the same savings. One will need to reapply for the new card.

1) Does anyone know anything about this company?
2) As anyone heard of any comments from the club?

I‘m struggling to find independent information.
