Hi, would anyone know which Ford A Max could tow a Swift Challenger 640 if any?

    Not a clue, but if you use the clubs matching tool (Advice and training tab), that should give you an inkling.

    I assume you mean the Ford S Max, Nurian. Are you considering a new car or an older model?

    You need to tell us the all up weight (MTPLM) of the caravan and it’s nose weight before it can be worked out. 

    Have you already compared the van’s weights with the kerb weights and tow ball weight limits of the S Max models? That needs to be your starting point.

    If you mean current S-Max models, all except the 1.5 EcoBoost would be within the manufacturer's specification to tow a Swift Challenger 640 rated at 1800kg.
